Great around trap.
I recently purchased the ROSHIELD 2 X Humane Mouse Traps, and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: ### Effectiveness These traps are incredibly effective, demonstrating high sensitivity that catches mice quickly without causing harm. I appreciate how efficiently they capture rodents while allowing for safe release outdoors. ### Design and Safety The design is both practical and humane. The traps are easy to set up, and I love that they are safe to use around pets and children. The enclosed design prevents any accidental injuries, making them a worry-free option for families. ### Reusability One of the standout features is their reusability. After catching a mouse, I can simply clean them and set them up again, making this a cost-effective solution compared to traditional traps. ### Indoor and Outdoor Use I’ve used these traps both indoors and in my garden, and they work perfectly in both settings. Whether you’re dealing with a pesky mouse in the kitchen or outside, these traps are versatile and reliable. ### Final Thoughts Overall, I highly recommend the ROSHIELD Humane Mouse Traps for anyone looking for an effective, humane, and safe solution to mouse problems. They are easy to use, environmentally friendly, and provide peace of mind knowing that I’m not harming any animals in the process. A fantastic product that lives up to its promises!

Works brilliantly and is humane
Baited with peanut butter and within 24hrs a mouse was captured. The fact the mouse was alive and well meant it could be released back outside unharmed. Very easy to use, just put bait in the back ( use a high fat bait like peanut butter) and set the trap door. Place near an edge where the rodent runs or where you've seen droppings and leave alone. Not very easy to clean, but with a bottle brush it doesn't take long. Recommended if you want a humane trap.

**8.6/10 - Good Product, Great Design, Highly Sensitive Trigger-Plate; 100% Recommend!!**
First, I should note that I had, at the time of purchase, 4 other (DIFFERENT) types of active traps - traditional kill traps + homemade one-way traps - and had absolutely NO success as the entire block of flats and the neighbouring blocks have all got an unstoppable, ever-growing mice population that are incredibly smart, cunning and ruthlessly destructive (and invasive); they have licked the bait, gently off some, highly sensitive(!) traps and are smart enough to avoid the live traps entirely... I had initially placed down the 2 traps (this product) and the mice were quick to avoid them as they were the many others (mine and everyone else's in the estate!) but for some absolute shocking, unexpected reason, there was a bizarre turn of events that completely surprised me... the particular mouse that made a habit of regularly defecating in and (old) cockroach glue trap every day, had somehow managed to get it's tail caught in the glue!.. and thus began my first catch! (just to be clear, this cockroach glue trap was already left in my flat by multiple previous tenants and was ancient; it was, next to my oven, in the gap, on the floor and from about 2 months ago, I started seeing mouse droppings inside it and nowhere else! This kept increasing, until finally, I heard scuffling sounds that were much louder than usual...) A very short while after I removed said mouse, I had noticed that the other 2 mice began looking for their sibling... within a couple of hours, one of the mice, finally went into the new live trap and as I went out to check, the 3rd mouse ran away from the 2nd mouse that was in the new trap!.. After releasing the 2nd mouse, far away, I kept seeing, hearing and finding more evidence that the 3rd mouse is still here, but each day, gets more and more quiet, the traps are entirely left alone (despite containing small quantities of: peanut butter, 7 different seeds, mixed fruit & nuts, bits of cheese, a pringle, a grape, granola, oats, etc... the exact things that have been eaten by them from tests on my open kitchen floor - thy preferred the lightly toasted 7 seed mix & the jumbo oats more than anything else) but the remaining mouse, or mice, will NOT go near ANY of the 7 different traps I now have active and scattered around in all their hiding spots... they will ONLY eat crumbs or scraps if they are on the floor as I have tested this theory over and over again just to check if they are still here! In conclusion, I can say that these traps do work, as long as a mouse, rat, etc, enter the box and stand on the plate, they will trigger it (even if they were absolutely tiny little baby mice - like the ones I had/have) - provided that they are drawn in by bait and actually reach the trigger-plate... (I had success on the trap that I smeared a very thin, practically invisible, layer of peanut butter, with my finger, all around the edges, the floor & roof of the entrance of the trap, to entice a mouse in and left tiny bits of it across the roof to stick single seeds into; I also spread it, a bit more heavily onto the red trigger-plate itself, making sure to wipe my fingers on the far edge to create clumps and also stick some seeds there + on the roof of the box, above the edge of the trigger-plate, just to make sure - I had spread small amounts around the outside of the trap as well and then put all the bait on top of peanut butter in the bait tray at the end. Finally, I sprinkled some food crumbs around the entrance and placed it against the wall, behind my fridge). I definitely rate this product; as long as the mice go in, they will be caught - bait is key. The mice I am dealing with are genuinely the smartest mice I have ever had to deal with my entire life!! I like that the traps do not break after a couple of uses, they are easily washed/cleaned, can be re-baited and re-used almost immediately - always a bonus. The way it was packaged was rather nice, very snug, well made packaging that was actually designed for this product and not just made to fit with spacers - also the exceptionally robust box material itself (glossy finish, smooth but very durable/sturdy) is more high-end, premium quality compared to most standard/basic packaging which was a nice touch. Tailored graphics. 100% recommend; inexpensive alternative to poison + kill-traps that are a health & environmental risk/hazard! ***(UPDATE)*** So, after catching upwards of 7+ mice within a couple of weeks, I decided to leave them out as permanent installations within my kitchen (you know, "just in case"). I can happily report that there were another 3 completely random, separate mice, spread-out, over the course of nearly 3-months, that were just singular travellers - these were caught at different times of the 24-hour period (4;30am, 10:45am, 5:20pm). I had even completely forgot about re-baiting the two traps and the old, rock-hard, stale bait, STILL managed to be attractive in some way to these nomadic travelling mice?! One of them died whilst it was in the trap, before I came home after a week-long period away from my property (the traps are on view, in my kitchen, in-between my fridge + oven & the divider - one trap either side of the divider). It was unclear how long the poor fella was deceased, as rigor mortis had already set-in and the mouse was stiff as a board! Also, shortly after, a couple of days later, there was a random dead mouse in the middle of my floor, as if it were looking for the other mouse (?)... I only got this impression because, when I was catching the first 7 mice, I noticed that one of the prisoners was caught in the trap whilst another was frantically trying to help it and was not leaving it's side, even whilst I was stood right there in-front of them (they usually do a Speedy Gonzales, make like a banana and GTFO of there!!). ***

Quick and Pet-Friendly Mouse Catcher
The ROSHIELD Humane Mouse Traps are very effective at catching mice alive without harming them. They’re highly sensitive, so even small mice trigger them quickly. I like that they’re reusable and safe around pets and children. The traps are easy to set up, work well both indoors and outdoors, and make rodent control much easier and more humane. Overall, a practical and reliable solution if you want to catch mice without using poison.

Not ideal for smaller rodents.
These are nicely built traps however they are ineffective for smaller rodents. We put 2 around the house and mice were able to go into both to eat the food placed at the end (normally nutella which would require a prolonged stay) then leave without triggering the traps. In the end we had to resort to poison, and the mice who unfortunately succumb were about 2.5 - 3 inches in body size, so not tiny.

100% Effective (so far)
Very happy with this humane mouse trap. Have left out a single trap under the sink two nights running with a 100% success ratio. Trap is easy to setup and easy enough to release the mice a couple miles from home near a barn. All in all good for my conscience and my kitchen. Bit of a faff to clean but a small price to pay.

Happy with trap & good results
Very happy with this trap. 100 percent works. I leave out under the sink. When I look under the sink in the morning, result. 5 mice caught so far. Very easy to set up the trap for use. Would definetly recommend. Cleaning the trap afterwards is little tricky though.

WOW!

Does what it is supposed to do

Parfait !
