Great product - slight smell, not for wearing out of the house, but a great overnight cream for tough/dry areas

Having very dry skin, I’ve been looking for a cream that is effective. This certainly fits the bill. The pump action bottle is perfect and the cream isn’t too greasy and absorbs well. I’ve noticed a difference within a week. Worth the money if it does the job and it certainly does.

Wonderful Brand expensive but worth every penny

It is on the pricer side but it is 100% recommended. If you are worried about organic ingredients, Yuka rates it a 79/100 with only 3 low risk ingredients. It is soft, absorbs easily, and very hydrating. I use it for drier/worse skin, and it does wonders. I always feel clean and refreshed after. In regards to weight, 400ml can definitely be used daily (morning and night) for a couple of months, as long as you apply legs and arms. 1 pump can cover half a limb, so it is "cost-efficient" at it's premium price.

The product does what it says it does. And with Amazon it was delivered next day which was amazing!

I read in Reddit that urea should help KP in arms and buttocks and legs however it's been 2 weeks, I haven't seen or felt improvement. Still, I like how neutral it smells and it does feel like it's working just not as fast as I hoped. The pump action is great tho. Also, there is a bit of icky feels after freshly applying the lotion, so it takes quite a while to absorb fully (if it does at all) but I don't mind it that much. It's hydrating enough for me. Also received it earlier than the expected date but it didn't reflect accordingly in the app until days after. The consistency is also good, doesn't drip or run, but it glides easily across the skin. Update: 2 months later I've come to dislike the sticky feeling on my hands after application. It's so obvious there's a film there that I can't get rid of no matter where else I rub it off I also realized that I don't have before photos, but my arm KP has not improved much. Somehow the bumps were reduced but the discoloration is still very much dominant.

Exactly what I needed. Not scented, no weird smell, liquid enough and spreads nicely and easily. Not too thick, not sticky but also not slippery in a bad way. Does leave a film on the skin BUT you only feel it when you wash it off. I don’t feel it on the skin after application which is super nice. Very good moisturiser. No complaints.

Si quieres saber con aliviar el ezcema dishidrótico, esta es tu crema. La dishidrosis o ezcema dishidrótico, es una afección cutánea en la que se forman pequeñas ampollas en las manos y/o pies que causa picor e irritación. A mi me la diagnosticó el médico de familia en los dedos las manos, y para su tratamiento me recetó una crema con corticoides durante una semana. En la farmacia, para evitar y prevenir nuevos brotes, me recomendaron la crema Lipikar Lait Urea 10% de la marca Roche Posay. Es una loción ideal para aliviar el picor y la descamación de la piel. A mí personalmente me funciona. Está testada dermatológicamente en pieles con tendencia a la queratosis pilaris, xerosis senil y psoriasis, y es apta para niños, adultos, y personas mayores. Productos químicos agresivos, detergentes fuertes y situaciones estresantes pueden contribuir al brote de ampollas. Es importante intentar identificar y evitar las sustancias irritantes que causan la dishidrosis. En mi caso, después de 3 años, no lo he conseguido, así que para no abusar de los corticoides, esta crema es mi gran aliada. En cuanto noto un leve picor en los dedos me la aplico durante, al menos, un par de veces al día, y me ayuda a que los brotes sean leves y breves. De hecho el ezcema me salía en ambas manos y ya solo lo tengo en la derecha. En casos más severos, es el médico el que debe valorar y recetar los medicamento que considere oportunos. Para brotes leves va de maravilla dejando la piel como nueva en pocos días.
