Works fast!! I used it to deal with some constipation issues. I took a tablespoon in 8oz if water and it started working quickly and efficiently.

Good size, dissolves fast
My son suffers for migraines and often get sick from them. I have found that this magnesium and salt added into his water for a couple days helps to alleviate some of this pain. Also, the salt is really great to add into water for hot days, I also put it into my water sometimes. It also dissolves really easily And the pouches are very generously sized.
