UPDATE: I keep purchasing this product as it's that good. Your body actually feels better once you get accustomed to using it, and when you stop a heavy bloating returns. Stay strong, stay healthy, poop. Does it work, yes! But drink lots of water. This is effectively a diuretic, and if you are constipated or want to loose bloating, Night enzyme is like a silver bullet of weight loss. I purchased it based on a friend’s recommendation, not believing I really needed it. But I will say, it trimmed me down like magic; if not making the bathroom stink. I’m a big boy, so two pills work just fine. It takes about 12-hours to kick in; but this varies for everyone. Once it takes affect be in close proximity to a bathroom. (Not recommended before long car trips.) Your rear end will explode with force. And you’ll make numerous trips within a few hours. I found taking the pills a few times a week suited me better than everyday. But again, this will depend on you, your weight and your bodies constitution. Does it aid in the absorption of nutrients or add probiotics to your gut? I have no idea as I am not running a scientific study. But the packaging claims it does, so let's believe them. Does it make you poop, yep! Do you feel better after flushing your bowls, yep! This review comes after several months of use, so it's based on extended experience. Would I recommend this, YES. But drink lots of water to keep your body in balance.

I have no idea why this company would put Senna in an enzyme supplement. Not only did this cause MASSIVE stomach cramps, but completely liquefied my stool...keeping me at home and unable to go anywhere! Yikes! What a shame, the other ingredients looked promising.

I absolutely love this product! I’ve tried many other well-known enzymes before, but none of them worked. This enzyme is working really well, and my belly is noticeably flatter after just a few days of taking it. Tip: Start with one pill per day. For me, the effects kicked in about six hours after taking it.

I wish these were cheaper but they do work they will clean you out. They’re easy to take and don’t taste bad. They also help with sleep I slept really well with these and normally I have trouble sleeping. Beware though you will wake up in the morning with a grumbling belly.
