Raspberry Pi: A Step By Step Guide For Beginners Review: Great source for beginners to get introduced to raspberry pi - Must read book the beginners to get introduced with raspberry pi and got the proper understanding how to use this little device on it's best i really appreciate the way author has provided all the details about raspberry pi from starting to set up and download as well as how to program it with its full potential and use it effectively for the best result. The author has also provided the most useful tools and some different projects that can be easily programmed using a raspberry pi and also a basic operation of Arduino board and how to make amazing projects using the raspberry pi and Arduino. Review: Not worth a tenth of the selling price - This book is nothing more than a poorly copied version of what is available on the RaspberryPi.org site. Spelling and grammatical errors throughout. I have some experience in Linux, but I could not decipher any of the code examples in the book. Have you ever heard someone say that a book is not worth the paper it was printed on? This is that book.

Wrong content in 1 chapter
First off Chapter 18 is about the DC-10 plane and nothing to do about Raspberry PI. It's very basic and grammar and sentence structure looks like it was run through a online translator to English. Overall very disappointing.

A decent Raspberry pi learning book. Having perused this book I have realized what raspberry pi is, the means by which it works, how to introduce it, and how to code with it.This is an amazingly pleasing book to starting an enterprise towards raspberry pi wanders specialist. Everything is clarified in an extremely basic manner, there are a considerable measure of well ordered directions. extraordinary book to prescribe!

Very informative
This is a complete Raspberry PI step by step guide for beginners. Download and setup, tips and tricks, how to code with it, and much more. After reading this, one will know everything to get started with Raspberry pi.

Very, Very Basic
While I understand this is for Beginners, this book was double spaced and not a lot of getup and go type examples. I had hoped for a little more from it but I wouldn't suggest this book for anyone.

Worst book ever written.
This book is poorly written. One chapter is about the Douglas aircraft company and had nothing to do with the Raspberry Pi device. Many formatting and spelling mistakes. Save your money on this one.

This is obviously a print out of some online, badly written tutorial. I love books that have hypertext links to download examples or take you to other external pages. The whole padding chapter on aircraft, yes the MD11 to be precise, was very enlightening. A chapter on the Arduino platform, while related, is not what I wanted in a book about Rasberry Pi. Why is there a chaper listIng applications for Facebook?

I wouldn't recommend this book, it was such a disappointment. In preview, the excerpt appeared informative and well-written but when I received it, the opposite was true. The most lucid and well-written chapter was chapter 17, but this is because - inexplicably - it seems to be a copy and paste from somewhere about McDonnell-Douglas MD-11 aircraft. Avoid.

The book doesn't tell you how to do anything. It's more like an extended advert for what you could do. A nine year old could have written it. Better
