Love the heavier fit for my hiking boots.

It is worth the money! I've had Thorlos for many years, and these socks have never disappointed for long lasting comfort and support. I prefer max cushioning for sports activities, and my feet never hurt afterwards (if I don't use Thorlos, my feet ache afterwards).

I have had other versions of this same type sock and there is not the same type padding with these which is a little disappointing. They do not fall down as easily but the foot padding is just not there anymore.
