I've tried B12 supplements from other brands and did not feel a difference. After a few days of taking this supplement, I noticed a change in my energy level. I have more energy throughout the day and generally feel good. This is a pure brand with no fillers, stearate or maltodextrin (high level of unhealthy sugar) found in the pills and the added spirulina is extremely beneficial and healthy. Based on research, this form of B12 methylcobalamin is more absorbent than the synthetic cyanocobalamin form of B12. The pill is medium sized and easily to swallow without feeling like it won't go down. There is no after taste. I highly recommend this supplement and will order again.

I am used to taking a B12 supplement in a sublingual, liquid form so am hoping this absorbs just as well. At any rate, it should work better than a solid pill did for me.

There are four variations of vitamin B 12 and this has the three good ones and does NOT have the cyanocobalamin which is not good. After much research (as usual) I highly recommend this product in particular for the benefits of pancreas extract. I have 175 subscriptions, although I certainly cannot afford to fulfill all of them or need all of them every month. I am just suggesting getting subscriptions to take advantage of discounts while enjoying the best products without any added ingredients, stearates (lubricants which reduce your absorbency rate up to 67%!), silicon dioxide, Rice powder, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch or any other forms of sugars or sugar derivatives, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and many others which elevate your glucose levels.
