This does what it says on the cover and would be good reading for anyone who just needs to use a VHF marine set under supervision. However, if you're sitting the RYA VHF exam, the full "VHF Handbook" is needed and is provided free (in hard copy or e-book format) when you buy the on-line VHF course.

Not worth the money.
