POWERTEC 72063 2 Pack 4' Measure Tape with Adhesive Backing, Left to Right and Right to Left, 1 of Each

Love these metal tape measures! They are metal with a sticky backing. Just peel the paper backing off the ruler tape and stick it in place. I put these on my plywood jigsaw puzzle board to help me properly align the frame of new puzzles. Worked like a charm! I just trimmed one overlapping ruler with a regular pair of household scissors. Neither ruler strip has shown any indication of coming loose. The right to left ruler tape was just what I needed for the bottom of the puzzle board!

I use these on the island in my craft room for cutting fabric. Works well. Stays put!

I ordered this hoping to use it in my shop but the tape measure that comes with it is only 4 ft long and even with that being installed it didn't look like the plastic piece they sent for the line gauge that's held on by tape would be barely visible on the side facing me which is the way I would have to install it for what I needed it for. Returned and ordered the single track and we'll just have to resort to measuring and then setting the stop. Also, It is a little pricey for what you actually get. I work with extruded aluminum all day long building window frames for commercial storefront. One stock length of the material is 24 ft 3 in Long 4 and a half inches wide and 2 in thick. Of course it's extruded in the shape to hold the glass and comes in various anodized colors. One stock length of plain aluminum is around 175 dollars. Four of these with two stops cost me over $200, just saying.

Works great on anything. I've used it on my miter saw and table saw. Great product!

I noticed that right about at 15 inches, this measure tape is under the correct measurement. It would line up fine for inches 1-15, but at 16 inches, it creeps in just a 16th of an inch. The 1/16th in variance continues for the rest of the tape. This wasn't too much of a problem for me since I'm putting it in a T-track on the wings of a miter cart and the first 12 inches are useless anyway, but it's something to look out for.

Good quality, thick so didn't have issues attaching. Legible numbers and lines. Bright color! Stuck very well.

Fits the bill, or should I see my needs.

When you don’t have a helper, the idea of this product is to be able to measure diagonals on a large frame or box or cabinet to test for squareness. However, the tape measure tends to fall out of the device (or device off of the corner), just as much as if I weren’t using it at all, and just hooking my tape measure on the corner of the cabinet.
