DR Strings Electric Guitar Strings, Dimebag Darrell Signature, Treated Nickel-Plated, 9-46 (DBG-9/46)

I was looking for 9-46 set for a 25.5" scale that had just a bit more tightness on the low and high e strings, but without having to move up in gauge sizes. These strings do hold up a bit more to hard picking. They are a bit more tense than Ernie Balls and regular DR's like Pure Blues, both of which become significantly floppier on the second day once they're broken in.The feel is extremely natural. It is a treated string, not a coated string, so there is no visible polymer coating. There is a slight reduction of friction which reduces sliding noise and reduces callusing, and callusing itself is what causes that squeak. So these are truly excellent strings and they are as Dime apocryphally described them as, the strings of strength.In some cases you might want looser strings. But I'm always looking to do as little work as possible so these allow the comfy 9-46 set.

Best strings on the market !!!Super durable, the feel is amazing, they respond well just over all really high quality strings I love them only strings I use I buy 5-6 at a time and keep them stocked up.

Just what i ordered and on time. These were for a customer. It’s what he wanted for his guitar. I love Dime but I prefer a different brand. However these sounded great and most of all my customer was happy.

Great tone but the last string was rather weak and broke while changing it the feel was amazing sandpaper kind of texture loved it
