Still using and loving them with zero issues. They taste great and my skin glow a little so I popped in a photo!! To be honest, the results aren’t overnight or even in a week or two. I suggest to stick with using them & within a few months, my own hair was so much healthier. It appears thicker altho’ not sure if that is possible? The real improvement was a nail fungus from a salon yrs ago that was ongoing despite seeing my dermatologist every 6 months. It is now gone…completely! I’m not sure if the topical my Dr prescribed helped, but that wasn’t doing it alone. Once I took these gummies for a few months, the nail fungus disappeared. I mainly bought these for the skin and hair growth. I first noticed I was breaking nails more often than usual (I have a very hands on job and an emotional author so sometimes i really slam on the keys) and my nails are usually never long enough to break. I had to dig up a nail file. I've been doing EVERYTHING I can to help my hair grow and be healthy. Today I brushed out my hair before my shower and I swear it's grown a little over an inch. These are cute little gummies lol. They are small, easy to chew and soluble and very good in taste they are super tasty and a lot comes in the bottle as described. I'm sure they are filling their purpose and I can notice a difference in my hair, skin, or nails at the moment. My hair is already long and healthy, as well as my skin ( not long 🤣 ) and nails but I wanted to add some extra vitamins into the mix. They are gentle on my stomach and dont cause any nausea....those who experience these symptoms from taking vitamins know what I mean. Overall I like them.
