This is your sign to buy this set
These bitters are my secret weapon in my N/A cocktail arsenal at work. They take thin, flabby mocktails into the realm of robust, complex, and even medicinal (this is intended as a compliment, those who love Negronis and bitter drinks like I do will understand). Will never not have these within reach!

Very weak flavor and aroma
The ingredients are amazing, however, you can barely taste or smell them when added to anything beyond plain water and even then the 7 drops that were recommended were lost. I was really hoping for something super concentrated beyond what I could make myself at home with glycerine and herbs. 100$ was a waste for a tiny bit of aroma. I wish o would have started with just one bottle vs the variety pack.

Obsessed
These bitters are so tasty and helpful as digestive aid. Alcohol free so it's fine to use any time of day. Use in sparkling or flat water for a refreshing beverage.

Alcohol-free and organic
I’ve been having fun experimenting with this four-pack of bitters. I never realized that “mocktails” have become so popular, so I can see why non-alcoholic bitters would appeal to some people. I ordered these because I was intrigued by the flavors, the ingredients (described on the bottles as gut-friendly), and the organic quality. I’ve only used orange alcoholic to any extent but was interested in broadening my palate. The New Orleans style is my favorite due to the berry and floral flavors, followed by the Orange, which actually has other flavors mixed in—such as coriander and lemon balm. I’m still not quite sure what to do with the lavender; I tried it in tonic water and in some fizzy lemonade, but it didn’t do anything for me. Maybe I didn’t use enough. I’ve never used more than a few drops of traditional bitters in my Old Fashioneds, but I think I might use more of these as they seem worth highlighting. My only criticism is the price, though I’m sure these are top quality and will last a long time. Unless you are into the new mocktails or using these to flavor your soda water, you’ll probably never use them up. I like the pretty labels and the recipes on the website, and I’m looking forward to trying them in new drinks. Finally, the glasses in the photo are merely for size perspective.

Everyone needs to have a jar of bitters
Bitters are one of those items that no one really thinks about having but are excellent to keep in your home. People think of these as being something that you use exclusively with alcoholic drinks, but they're capable of doing so much more than that. As the listing says, you can put these in sparkling water but you can also add them to sodas and even cook and bake with them. The sky is kind of the limit here. Of course when it comes to cooking and baking you would want to have nicer bitters and these are definitely nicer bitters. Now I know that the price is going to give people pause with these. I fully understand that. However, these are very nice bitters and they will last for a good long while - up to five years- as long as you store them properly. I was kind of excited to get these because some of the flavors are a bit new to me. I was familiar with the orange bitters but I'd never knowingly tried the new orleans bitters. These are all delicious and I highly, highly recommend that you try mixing them in with some of your usual stuff to give them a little extra pizazz. For example, you can add a tiny bit into say, your Sprite or 7Up as well as with ginger ale, for a tasty little drink that just gives you a nice pick-me-up. As far as the benefits go, those stem from the plants used in the making of the bitters. There is evidence that the various herbs and spices have various health benefits so there is some science behind that. I just wouldn't rely on them to do anything miraculous - you'd probably need to consume them in larger quantities for that. But hey, just enjoy these because they're tasty. Update: I brought these to my dad's for him to try and he has absolutely loved them. My stepmom was surprisingly new to the idea of using bitters in drinks - she's had drinks with them in them, but never tried to use them on her own. She was very pleased at how good these tasted. My dad used these with a bottle of tonic water he had - he wasn't a fan of how the tonic water impacted the flavors, but he did like how they tasted when added to ginger ale. He likes sharper ginger ales, so the bitters tended to be more of a subtle flavor, which we both found to be very nice. His favorites were the New Orleans and Orange bitters, with the regular aromatic bitters and the lavender bitters taking an even ranking for next favorite. He was surprised that he could cook with these, so I'm looking forward to seeing what he propose making with them, as he loves cooking.
