I throughly support using a tongue scrapper in the morning and before bedtime. This one is great, I take it with my on trips.

I’ve had these going on a few years now. I love the steel options vice the plastic-silicone combination. When I forget to use my tongue scrapper, I can certainly noticed the difference. If you are in the market for a tongue scraper or wondering which to try, i recommend the stainless steel options.
