Compared to original mixer jar,this new one jar is of average quality. Steel body is enough tough/good, but the blades sharpness is not much capable to grind the wet as well dry items. Anyway I am expecting better quality in future.

Received broken lid and its not good at all...doesnot fit to our mixer. Not recommended at all

The media could not be loaded. I bought this jar because in your product discription you mentioned croma brand. But your product is not fitting in my basic croma mixer. Your jar is slightly bigger than normal croma jars. For me this product is completely useless. Can you please tell me how I can return your product.
