This camera works way better than I expected. The picture quality is crystal clear, even at night, and the pan/tilt feature lets me see the entire room with no blind spots. The app is simple to set up and loads fast with no lag. Motion detection alerts come through instantly and the audio is surprisingly good for talking through the camera. For the price, this is honestly one of the best indoor security cameras I’ve used. Definitely recommend it if you want something reliable and easy to install.

I have purchased many different security cameras and models and I am really very impressed with this hugolog! All of the manual instructions are written well and are very easy to understand. I also downloaded the pdf version of the manual from the hugolog website for my camera, as I am getting a little older and it’s easy to read on my PC. The camera is very easy to set up and I love that hugolog was thoughtful enough to provide a generous long power cord. When I inserted the memory card and booted the camera, the app just popped up and prompted me for my recording preferences. I didn’t have to dig through layers of menus to do that! How convenient, intuitive, thoughtful and kind! The Hugolog Connect App is very easy to navigate and has some nice options that other cameras don’t have. For example, I included a screenshot of the App page that has an option near the bottom of the setup menu called “Add to Home Screen”, which adds a (very convenient) shortcut widget to my phone’s home page for this camera. The tracking is great and the video is extremely clear. It was fun watching the camera follow me and my wife around the house! My wife got a kick out of this. The night vision illumination is also fantastic. In the past, I have returned a few cameras of this style because they would drop the wifi signal or distort but the wifi range on this camera is absolutely awesome and there’s no external antenna. I have to admit, this is the first wifi camera that I don’t need to worry about having an ethernet connection for. My hugolog is staying here. It has found a home! The camera even comes with a separate set of well-written instructions to properly mount the base; I am very impressed. It is nice to purchase a product that exceeds expectations. I am grateful that hugolog went the extra mile to provide a great convenient easy to understand product. Thank You So Much hugolog!

I was worried about the quality but so far so good. I went back to work recently and like to check in on my little one and whoever is watching him to make sure all is well. Video is very clear. Sound is hard to understand if far away from it but that could just be me. I can speak through the camera as well though and they hear me clearly. You can also pay for storage so you can go back and watch. I haven’t done it yet but plan to eventually. Has movement detection which I had on originally but turned off because I was getting constant notifications. I also don’t use it for security purposes so I don’t need that feature but it’s nice to have.

My livestock guardian dogs all need TPLO surgery on both of their knees, over many, many months and recovery was slow. This camera came in handy to keep an eye on the dogs as they recovered in a kennel on my carport. This meant I didn’t need to physically go to the kennel to check on them. The image is good and tweaking the position of the camera using my phone is easy, but let the camera catch up with your movements. There is a delay. There is a red light that remains on when the camera is in use and the camera does produce some light in a darkened room. When I used this camera to keep an eye on my grandson at night when he visited the red light and other light was a distraction and might have been scary for him to see a red light in a dark room. I have not modified some of the functions like reducing ads, but so far it’s working for me as is. In fact I recently had hip replacement surgery and my husband was able to keep an eye on me using this camera. Overall this is a good camera with good picture quality and is easy to use, but for a monitor for young kids getting rid of the red light would be my suggestion.

Very clear video with no pixelation. It holds a great stable singnal at least 99% of the time. It has clear sound when talking at a regular volume. It regularly picks up sound from farther away but it just makes it sound loud and sharp not really distinguishable. The ability to see nearly all of the room is fantastic, but if its on a shelf or somwhere high it doesnt tilt down well so you cant look towards the floor. You can look all the way up to the celing and behind too. Honestly its great, however the app functions for recording and stuff are hard for me to figure out. It not impossible its just difficult. Ours is always plugged in and indoor so i dont know about battery life. There is no lag at all and the value for money is phenomenal! It was very easy to set up and quick to reconnect if you unplug it and move it. Absolutely recommend this camera.

I received the two cameras. I plugged them in and followed instructions to sign them into WiFi. I installed the app on the iPhone and things worked right away. The setup is easy to follow. Very intuitive. Both cameras work perfectly. It’s been two weeks plugged in nonstop. When motion is detected, notifications come through the phone with the video feed. The camera follows and tracks the object of interest. The two-way communication between the phone and the camera also works well. The picture quality of the day and night vision is superb. I’ve purchased the 128Gb micro SD, installed and set the camera to record only when needed instead of 24/7. The durability is good and I think I’ve got great value for the money. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a reliable camera with tracking, recording, and large storage.
