How much powder would I have to use to be equal to one fresh pepper

Start with 1/2 teaspoon and taste the heat up to 1 teaspoon for the equivalent to a fresh habanero pepper. We suggest this rather than dumping in a whole teaspoon because you can always add more powder, but you can't take away the heat once it's in the dish. Hope this helps!

Is this a blend or is it strictly powder of habanero peppers?

Unfortunately, I do not know for sure but every spice I have bought from them has been 100% what was on the label.
