Over priced suppositories that do not help ( me anyway). Purchased because I suffer severely from IC. The co in an email to me recommended these and another product and both were no good . Waste of hard earned money . There are other cheaper versions on the market try those first .

I only tried the product less than a week, so it's early to tell about the result, I did not have any irritation nor discomfort yet. However, like most suppositories, the leakage is a common inconvenient so best time to use them is at night or when you're lying down for a while. This is a product from a small woman owned business, and I always support business, price seems a little bit hight but if it works for me, I'll order more as the balance intimate flora is important to most women.

Only used one so far but so far so good. Instructions are easy to follow and these are easy to insert... if you have an applicator. I had some applicators from different medicine that I I didn't use so I used that one. Had to order applicators separately but Amazon has some affordable options that arrive the next day so I'm glad for that. I didn't experience any burning or discomfort, and it stayed in for most of the night except when I got up to use the restroom I did experience some leakage as you could imagine. I've used other biom suppositories with great results so I thought I'd give these with the additional beneficial ingredients a try. Instructions are clear about proper dosing and I am looking forward to restoring my microbiome after heavy antibiotic use.

I love probiotics and I'm glad their use is widely accepted these days. What people don't all know is that there are microbiomes other than in your gut -- but in your mouth, ears, nose vagina, etc. So I love that this product has natural ingredients, and the mix of ingredients is great. Mannose is often used to keep bacteria from sticking to the inside of the urinary tract ... and the vagina is right next to the urethra, so this is a win-win ingredient. The product is actually intended for both vaginal and urinary health. Some reviewers complain that it's pricey -- and if you look at it as a per-dose price, yes, it can be. But the recommended dose is two suppositories per week, and I really don't think this is a product you need to use all the time. I'd use the first box at 2x per week, and then use a couple times a month as a maintenance (this isn't necessarily what the manufacturer recommends; just how I'd use it). If you're prone to infections, it might be useful to shore up your microbiome down there. The size of these suppositories is doable -- much smaller than a tampon and easy to insert. They can get soft if your air temp is warm, so you can just firm them up in the fridge or freezer for a little bit. If they're the right firmness, they go in very easily. I do get a very mild burning when they're in, but it doesn't bother me much. I expect to feel something.
