I bought these to make Logan, jujube, goji berry tea. They are quite dense but still soft, easy to cut into small pieces. medjool dates are a very different consistency and taste. These are also quite red. I understand that these are the dates with the health benefits that the tea is known for. Good quality, good flavor, less expensive than the versions that are pre sliced.
