Works great with 8 ice packs for 8 hours or longer

This kept my medicine cold for hours. BUT, you NEED to add 4 more ice packs like the ones that come with it. Otherwise, with 4 ice packs I would give it 1 or 2 stars. Be sure to use 8 Ice Packs & it will keep your meds cold for at least 8 hours, maybe longer.
