Nature's WayInositol, 500 mg per serving, 100 Capsules

I bought this to help me out with symptoms of PCOS. So far these have been great. I started off taking 1 a day and then 1500mg (3) a day. So far I think they are doing a great job. Definitely seeing less facial hair and also it shorten my CD,usually AF last about 7 days or longer and now just 5 days. This inositol did not get me stomach problems what so ever. However when I first started to take it,I did notice I was taking something that my body had to get use to but it was not a harsh experience. I open my capsules as well and take them as it can be taken in powder form as well and I didn't want to wait until the capsule dissolve internally. As known the taste is a sweet taste with no other side affects at all. Also they are already measured so I don't have to worry about measuring the inositol if they were in powder form only. I am almost out since I take 3 a day and plan to get more of this in powder form soon in a different brand to see if quality/different brands is more potent.Update: I wrote this review May 3rd,the bottle had 100 supplements in it,I have maybe 4 days supply left. I am TTC and no bun yet?I read so many reviews how inositol helps those TTC,guess I may try SI next.

This Inositol formulation is an excellent product to take together with Selenium (one of each capsule per day). I find this dosage to be effective. Five out of five stars!

Immediately noticed a calm-energy effect, as well as a decreased appetite. I still get hungry but I get fuller much quicker! Not really taking it for the weight loss because I haven't noticed that, but I definitely have less bloating, a lowered appetite, and more energy. I highly recommend! Taking it with a couple other supplements was fine for me, but do your research, because combining it with certain ones did hurt my stomach a little bit.

This helps me sleep. There are some nights when my mind is racing, I can stop thinking about work or I just feel anxious. I have found if I get up and take a couple of capsules I can sleep. I occasionally take them during the day too, they don't put me to sleep, they just stop a worry becoming an anxiety attack.

This stuff is okay. I’ve been taking it for a few months now and don’t really see a difference in feeling better. It does make you less hungry though but doesn’t help with weight.

Our 8th grader had terrible cramps every month. She rotated ibuprofen and acetaminophen every four hours and was still miserable. She took this for a month to see if it would help and she doesn’t need medication at all now! No cramps, no PMS....it’s a miracle! My girlfriend’s daughters have had the same results now, too, with diminished cramping. Amazing!
