POP LOCK 5-Day Curl Forming Glaze for Natural Hair – Anti-Humidity Gel with Honey & Argan Oil – Curly Hair Styling Gel for Shine, Frizz Control, and Long-Lasting Curl Definition

I’ve been using this on my 4A curls and hair extensions, and it works really well for my flexi rod sets too. On its own, it gives a good hold with no flaking, which I love. But when I mix it with the Doux Mousse, it does flake a bit — so I’ve just been using the gel by itself, and that’s been totally fine. The bottle is pretty big, and I only need a little bit — like lets say a penny-size per strand when I do my wash-and-gos. Way less than I’ve had to use with other gels.

A little goes along way. This glaze has a decent amount of slip to easily define curls, but a stronger hold than the mousse def and big poppa gel. Lasts longer as well. Not a huge fan of the scent but otherwise a great product, hair does look dry over time. Not as moisturizing as the other products

I have had great success with other products in this line (foam & gel), but this is my holy grail product. I have naturally silver/grey and brown hair, low porosity, and 2C/3A curls with some rogue 2B here and there. With Pop Lock, I get more consistent curls (lots more 3A) with volume at the roots. I finger rake the product through my hair before getting out of the shower and hover diffuse after plopping for anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes. I typically wash my hair every 3/4 days. Pop Lock keeps my curls looking good through day 4.

I am a frequent user of this product. It works great. It adds a ton of definition and hold to my hair. I usually buy it in store, but it was out of stock, so I decided to order it. The product took a long time to get here and it was not packaged properly. The bottle leaked as there was no protective seal under the cap, nor was the cap taped and wrapped to make sure that there are no leaks. I lost quite a bit of the product!

Love the product! My hair is naturally curly wavy and frizzy. This product has been helpful managing my hair! The delivery was faster than expected!

Loved the results the first time I used it. Almost died trying to get it to work again, instead I broke out in painful hives from whatever the heck is in it. Not exactly a clean product. Never had hives before.
