2000 Dodge Dakota Sport with tire and handling package. Came originally with 255/65R15 tires which are no longer made by anyone. So to fit the 8" wide wheels/rims I had to do some circumference calculations and found the 275/60R15 would be a nearly exact fit. I had previously purchased the Hankook Ventus 101 in the 275/60R15 and liked them. Then Hankook stopped making them but had the Kinergy ST H35 in the 275/60R15 size I needed. AND they had a "70,000" mile tread life as opposed to the Ventus H101 50,000. Purchased the tires on Amazon in October 2021, and were installed by a local tire shop and alignment done at the same time. I regularly rotated the tires and drove the normal short distances on local streets and freeways. Actual reduced the number of back road bumpy driving conditions drastically after the pandemic and change of work. These tires were so-so for wet conditions of the SF bay area. (I grew up in Canada and have extensive snow driving experience there and around the world). To my amazement earlier this year I noticed that the wear bars were very close. BUT I had only driven 27,000 miles. I had rotated more frequently than the 7500 miles recommended and they all wore evenly. Contact Amazon about warranty, they say contact Hankook. Hankook says Amazon has no physical location, I must find an authorized Hankook dealer to see if they will submit a warranty claim on my behalf, despite not selling me the tires nor installing them. (The closest to me was an America's Tire which basically laughed at me, and currently charge $30 more per tire than any other retailer in my area). These tires did not make it to even half their claimed mileage, Amazon and Hankook both passed the buck and will not step up. I cannot believe that Hankook has an actual store on Amazon and sells these things but will not stand behind them. I can only imagine what would have happened if the were dangerously defective with a sidewall problem, or slipped belt. And for consideration as to how attentive I am in keeping my vehicles well maintained. As mentioned it is a 2000 Dakota with 683,000 km on it (Canadian vehicle) or nearly 425,000 miles. Obviously I take care of my stuff. DO NOT EXPECT THESE TIRES TO LAST EVEN CLOSE TO THE ADVERTISED MILEAGE. and they really had no effect on my fuel consumption despite the claim that they would. Update Dec 2025 replaced the tires with another brand from another online mega store. these tires did not even reach 40,000 miles.

I purchased this for my father and he loves the look and function. Thank you. I must add to watch the delivery services. I’ve found lots of mis-reporting of delivery attempts for large items on occasion.
