Love these pots and pans! Amazing non stick. Use only silicone utensils or wood. I clean them up as soon as I am done cooking. Since they are white. This was the 2nd set I bought for a Christmas gift.

After an extensive search for a truly non-stick cookware set, we finally found what we were looking for with the Carote 22-piece white granite pots and pans set. Previous non-stick brands we tried always fell short, with certain foods inevitably sticking to the surface. However, these pots and pans deliver on their promise of being ultra non-stick, and they clean up effortlessly. When choosing a cookware set, our top priorities were: 1. Ultra Non-Stick Surface: The Carote set exceeded our expectations in this regard. 2. PFOS/PFOA-Free Material: Knowing that our cookware is free from harmful chemicals gives us peace of mind. 3. Handles that Stay Cool: These pots and pans are beautifully designed with Bakelite handles that not only remain cool to the touch but are also wonderfully comfortable to hold, making cooking safer and more enjoyable. Upon unboxing, we noticed a dented lid on the fry pan. We reached out to customer service, not expecting much based on past experiences with other companies. To our surprise, Carote’s customer service was outstanding—they responded quickly and immediately sent a replacement lid. Given the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We’re already looking to add more pieces to our collection. The included pan protectors are an added bonus, effectively keeping the cookware in pristine condition. Overall, we highly recommend Carote products—you won’t be disappointed.

Update 1/10/2025 - Bought these in August of 2024, cook all the time and not a scratch and still loving them. I needed new pans. I have purchased Cuisinart and Made-In pans. Skip Cuisinart. If you can afford Made-In, go for it - they're worth it. However - THESE PANS ARE AWESOME. Yes they're pretty. But they are also stick free, an amazing heat distribution, and super easy to clean. I did use a wee bit of bar keepers friends to get a little browning off the bottom but ALL pans get that. I am extremely happy with these pans and have seen no peeling or cracking. I use the spatula it came with and a wooden spurtle to cook with. I've cooked south west omelets, steaks, meat sauces, shrimp, pancakes, humming bird nectar, pastas, etc - all have come out superb. My son, who doesn't cook, did scrambled eggs in it and said they were the best eggs because they didn't get "over done" in these pans. Trick for all - do not cook on high heat. Keep on medium high if you're trying to sear something. I say this to avoid scorching your pans :) I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have. Oh one last thing... I'm 57 and do not like heavy pans. The Made In pans are okay and not too heavy. These pans are lighter and good for anyone who has arthritis in the wrists. :)
