Product fits my needs. Used to make Mexican Café De Olla. Only issue is they quite hard and difficult to break down into smaller size. They have to be warmed up to break down but must be careful to not melt.

The panela arrived vacuum-sealed, keeping it fresh and well-preserved. The cone shape makes it easy to break apart for use, and the quality is just as expected. It has a rich, natural sweetness and dissolves well. No complaints—exactly what I was looking for!
