I have super thick long hair and a stinky oily scalp that I can wash six times and it still stinks. I usually use herbal essence and wash 4 times bc it has the strongest perfume to try to cover the stink. The only way I could remove the stink before was soak my scalp in TIDE once a month. I bought this shampoo bc I remember how good a clarifying shampoo had worked before when I was younger. It would be a lot less stink in the winter months. In summer, forget it, only tide. So anyway, I washed with this 3 times. TWO TIMES ONLY and I could actually feel my hair was TIDE level clean. This is mind blowing to me. I washed again and I swear my scalp feels like normal human skin now without the sticky oil feeling it always has. Better than TIDE clean. After my shower and I was putting my hair up, I noticed that behind my ears and around my hairline also felt so clean and healthy too. You dont even know...to get behind my ears clean i scrub several times with a facecloth and irish springs soap back there. The skin around my hairline never feels completely clean, never. This shampoo got behind my ears clean without me trying. I hope that someone with a stinky scalp like me is able to liberate themselves from tide soaks or just living with the best your shampoo could do like I did. PS, although 3 times got my hair the cleanest its ever been, I will only be doing it twice from now on bc it burns after, the same kinda painless one day burn you get after going blond. I did wash with herbal essence right after too bc this stuff smells like chemicals in a bad way. Anyway I am super super impressed with this shampoo. Also, it activated my curls big time. I paid a little more than im used to but will def be buying it on a normal basis now.

This shampoo does what it says it will do. I use a lot of hair products, and this is one of the few clarifying shampoos that gets rid of buildup without making my hair dry or rough. My hair looks lighter and healthier after using it, and my scalp feels clean and fresh. The smell is nice and clean, not too strong. It makes washing your hair feel like a little spa moment. A little bit goes a long way, and it washes out easily without leaving any residue. This is a great one to have on hand if you have oily roots or product buildup.

First time using this shampoo. A little goes a long way. Make my natural curls pop! Smell clean. Clear shampoo and it lathers nicely. My hair is clean but not squeaky clean, that's a plus.

Amazing product. I started doing more research on “clarifying shampoos” and decided to give this brand a try. I double rinse my hair whenever I wash it so I did the same with this product— a little goes A LONG way!!! Don’t need a lot of shampoo to cover your entire scalp. I noticed that it left my hair and scalp extremely clean— no dryness to hair or oiliness. I typically have to wash my hair 4-5 times per week but not with this shampoo. I’ve only had to wash it 1-2 times per week since I started using. Will continue buying!

This has been great for hair for the once weekly to every 2 weeks deep clean on my hair. Only issue is that it does not really suds up the way I would like. Second wash suds galour.

I love this shampoo! I use it at the end of each week to remove buildup from my hair products! It leaves my hair SO CLEAN and it smells so good. My husband has also started using it as well. We have completely different textures. He has coarse textured curly hair and I have fine thick blonde wavy hair. My hair feels so light and fresh after using it! I double cleanse a follow up with some hair oil when I get out as clarifying shampoos can sometimes leave you a little dry!

This is my favorite clarifying shampoo. The shine on my hair after I wash with this is unreal. With some shampoos you need to wash your hair twice in one shower to get the full effect but not with this one. One wash and rinse resets your hair super well. I use it every 3-4 washes because I have dyed hair. Hope this shampoo never gets discontinued.
