Bought shoes with fixings for 3 hole cleats but wife needed SPD’s for spin. These are the perfect solution. Little bit tricky to fit, with the front hole getting the screw to start took a hell of a lot of pushing but then did up properly. Would definitely recommend. Shimano always good quality.

Best thing ever. I had some really high end MTN bike shoes for spin class but the rubber grips on the sole broke up making them look really rubbish. These let you use the MTN cleats (spd's) on your road shoes, which I find you can pick up cheaper anyways and they often look nicer than some off road shoes! They fit perfectly. there is no front back adjustment, only side to side (Q Factor) but if your shoes fit it should be in the right place anyway. There are 3 large head bolts for each baseplate and 2 small head ones for each cleat, (but the actual cleats are a separate purchase) I'd mount the baseplate with all 3 bolts, get them on tight, then remove the one nearest the toe, put the plastic part on and replace the bolt you just took out - that way it should all stay aligned. Then you install your cleats in the 2 remaining bolt holes with the smaller headed bolts. Fantastic

The main problem is that there is no means of ajustment. Inspite of some movement it is insuficient to allow for variations in individual physical charateristics. To be fair I was forewarned in a Cycle UK review. Unless I can engineer some adjustment I will Have to discard them.

I got a great offer on a pair of road shoes but they came with tripple holes for road cleats. I needed SPD for the spin bike at my gym and these converters did the trick. Done 20+ classes in them with no wobble or need to tighten them up. Recommended.

Does the job but there isn't much adjustment. Good for adapting my road shoes for the pedals j have on the Wattbike which are dual sided.

These work perfectly! Easily allowed me to convert my shimano road bike shoes to have SPD cleats mounted on them. I ride road bikes but I much prefer SPD pedals even though, many think SPD's don't look cool on road bikes!!! I love my road bike shoes and now I can love them even more with a pair of SPD cleats on them too!!
