I was a bit hesitant to purchase a couch without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person first but I am so happy that I went with this one! It fits my space perfectly and provides plenty of seating. It’s so comfy for movie nights as a family and a place for over night guests to sleep, with an added ottoman it makes a king size bed!! We got a 3in memory foam topper for guests. The pull outs are so easy to open and close, my 7 and 10 year olds are able to do it without help. It was very easy to assemble by adding the legs and backs and the pieces join together nicely and stay together well. The couch arrived quickly with great communication between the seller myself and the shipping company. It came on a pallet in 4 large boxes, it’s lightweight but yet very sturdy and solid feeling. A bit firm at first but already starting to loosen up with some use and overall the fabric and feel is quite soft and comfortable! I chose the ebony color and it looks exactly as pictured, though there was a slight difference in shade on one back seat section and the seller promptly offered some options for resolution and made me feel like they cared and were happy to help. Overall I would highly recommend this couch for the price, the size, comfort and ease of using the pull out features and the seller for their communication and customer support. Everything I was hoping for and then some! If you’re on the fence don’t be, I wish I would have bought it sooner!

This couch is amazing! The build is solid and the couch is comfy. Very spacious as well. It was easy to assemble, you just need a good drill. It’s modular so it can fit pretty much anywhere. Shipping was good as well. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about Estes but I had no issues. They called the day before delivery and then about 30 minutes before arriving. Delivery is curbside. It came in 4 boxes.

I LOVE the concept of this couch, the shape. It is the perfect family couch. It's comfy and beautiful. Also the seller? 100% for kindness, prompt responses and commitment to being a wonderful seller. The seller made the experience phenomenal. 10/0

Family of 4 and we love our new sectional. The only thing I'm not fond of is that the seat cushions do not come off. My kids are older but my youngest is 10 and can still make a bit of a mess when eating and we eat in the living room quite often, which means her sitting on a towel. Aside from that, it looks amazing!! The fabric is comfortable, the cushions are firm, and the wide angle end has become my favorite spot because I like the option of curling up or stretching out and propping my feet up on the pull out ottomans. My daughter and 2 of her friends are planning a sleepover and all 3 could easily sleep on this couch.

This sectional is awesome lots of seats and very happy with the build quality for the price! Does need a little breaking in because the cushions are a on the firm side. Side note central America Estes Shipper is not great, it sounds like Estes elsewhere in the US is fairly good, but the one in Des Monies Iowa is not great, or at least the single person who was supposed to make the final home delivery. Everything Estes did up to the point of delivering to our house was great, Fast Shipping. The single issue we had was the delivery day. We got contacted the day before and scheduled a delivery window for the next day. That day came and we found out how to track it and get a more precise estimated time of delivery. This is where things went downhill. To make a short version, we did not receive the sectional on our scheduled day or within the time window and we were never contacted to tell us there would be no delivery that day. We ended up calling 2 hrs past the time window and were finally told there would be no delivery today. We did call 2 times before that at the end of the time window and were told they were running just a little behind and should only be 30-40min, then 2hrs later no call nothing and then we called them. We ended up with a friend who had a trailer and I called Estes to see if we could just pick it up and we were able to. So long story short if you are getting this delivered to Des Monies Iowa Estes be careful. I'm pretty sure is just 1 person that causes the issues but the reviews on Google kinda alien to what happened to us. Everyone else at Estes I dealt with was great, Just no communication about changes that were different than what was already set up.

Honestly I can't talk about this couch enough. It was easy to put together, and can fit my family of 4, and then, some comfortably. The color is amazing, the firmness is what you expect of a great couch, soft, yet doesn't loose its shape. Plus, 6 pillows with it? I was not expecting that! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

I was hesitant about buying a couch off amazon. I wanted something middle of the road for my family. Im not ready to spends thousands on funiture yet. After researching lots of options and reading reviews, I took the leap. We love this couch! The kids (6 and 8) love the pull outs. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Customer service is excellent. I got a text after purchase confirming my phone number for delivery. Sadly, one of the pieces came damaged. I texted that number back (9pm central time) and got an immediate response and got a refund (my color was out of stock or they promptly would have sent a replacement out). I am happy with the quality of the couch. Its pretty firm, but I think it will break in. Overall, very happy with my purchase!!
