Within five months of use, following a software update, the device suffered a total failure of the rear camera. Subsequently, I took the device to an official Samsung Service Center in the UAE for a diagnostic check. Their technicians confirmed multiple hardware failures, including: Total back camera failure. Faulty fingerprint sensor. Charging port malfunctions. Weak signal strength. The Dispute: I have attempted to resolve this through Amazon’s replacement/return channel; however, the request was denied, claiming it falls outside of Amazon’s return window and is a "seller issue." Meanwhile, the response from the seller and customer service has been unsatisfactory and unhelpful.

Good after noon amazon, I am pramod, I am so worry about my last I purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy S24 Ultra, 256GB, Gray, 12GB RAM, Android Smartphone, 200MP Camera, (International Version). 2 JULY , its gift for my wife , but when she wenth the vacation after 10 days started the problems ( I am with amazon mor than 5 year and believes non other than online ) Now the device in india reach in uae augest 16. Kindly involved this matter and make an necessary action asoon as possible I dont want to more complaint about amazone, i think you will finalize my issue. Change the devise or refund my money , dont want to repair this devise , becuse more complaints are available I will mention as below what are the complaints 1. Camera Module not working (Back and front) 2. Range every time loss 3. Gps signal every time loss 4. Over heat 5. Pen every time disconnecting 6. Range accessibility nothing

Last month I ordered and received my samsung s24 ultra phone from amazon, it looks very nice and cool ,I am 100% satisfied with samsung galaxy phones, but I received very late delivery by amazon!

I’ve been using Galaxy phones for years, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a great upgrade after I accidentally destroyed my old one. The camera is incredible, especially the 200MP feature. The zoom works so well. As expected from Samsung, the design and display are top-notch. I’ve had no issues with the phone so far, but I’d definitely recommend getting a protector, as the screen is pretty big and repairs arent cheap. Every Samsung I’ve had is a step up, and after trying an iPhone for work, I was back to Samsung just a couple of days later.

I bought the S24 Ultra on the day of release (or very close). I used to own a very good mid-range phone, so this is a big jump for me. I would class myself as a techie user, so not a gamer or average user. Firstly unlike others, I did get the upgrade to 512GB without issue. I also got the £100 off directly at purchase. I also got the free 1 year of Disney and I have confirmation that I will get the watch within 45 days. However, I had to do a fair bit of research to find out how to claim the Disney and Watch. That was hard going. The phone itself is well amazing. The processing power is just a massive jump from my Motorola G100. I sheer quantity of toys is mind-blowing. The basics: The phone call quality and reliability is great, both on Bluetooth in the car and on the phone itself. I use data for maps, radio etc. all the time and this works very well (not flawlessly though). There are some fantastic automated features and smart home connectivity which I have looked at and must try. Wifi is working very well and the full phone transfer from my old phone was reasonably easy but the passwords did not come across. I spent 2 days setting everything back up. I did not realise how much I had on my phone. I use dual sim for Work and Personal use. My only grip is that you cannot totally separate these from each other. So you have to be careful when making calls and texting. I am getting to grips with it though. There is so much functionality I could probably write a book and still not cover everything. I am now learning what you can do with the S Pen, which again seems to be lots. I do like being able to simply write a quick note when you need to without having to search for a paper and pen. Battery life is amazing. I find the phone can comfortably last 2 or more days, but I am not a gamer and I do not use my phone to watch movies, nor do I sit watching tictoc or youtube on my phone. I use my phone for smart home management, email, photography, listening to music (MP3's and radio), navigation using google maps and Android Auto, etc. The bottom line is if you can afford this phone, then I think you would be hard-pushed to be disappointed. So would I recommend this phone, well simply yes. There are no issues for me other than the jumping through hoops to get the freebies, but that is not a reflection on the phone. Oh and I would recommend a case, just be careful of the Magsafe ones, I got one and it affected the S Pen functionality. I had to return it and get a non magsaf case.
