Bought for audiobook project. Works perfectly.

After 6 months, these have started falling off the ceiling. I use drywall corner bead adhesive to put them back on and that works wonderfully. You get what you pay for, and these are cheap!

The product arrived late. Of the 24 acoustical panels, over half were unusable. Due to the way they were packaged, the sponge effect was flat and defective. I am very dissatisfied with this product. Definitely going to seek a refund.

These are quite easy to install. Just wipe the wall down, and peel and stick. Great sound isolation at 2 inches thick.Cut the vacuum package open and they swell to full size immediately. They look good, there is no smell, as my cat didn't alert me to an odor :-)Need to get more as the space was more than estimated. Highly recomended.

Using these alone won't soundproof anything. The may improve the sound quality in the area you use them and reduce echoing. But if your trying to quiet the noise transmitted to other areas than this will not do it.The companies service and response were top notch and a refund was given in the end.

Doesn't stay in place.

The media could not be loaded. I managed to get them all to expand to full size with some light heat from a hair dryer and some manual coaxing. I opened the windows to ventilate and help mitigate any off gassing from heating the foam. So far it’s a good product. Any adhesion issues were corrected with a spray web adhesive.

Many sections of the tiles do NOT expand.Can't return them, Since I already stuck the others while I was waiting for these to expand.Second order, first one had less that would not expand fully.Don't see any link to contact Seller. Message chat is NG, since there is no option for partial damaged / defective pieces, it's all or nothing.EDIT - Seller reached out & is refunding the 2nd purchase. That is great. I would say that it would be better if there was an easier way to communicate with them prior to having to leave an essentially negative review. I am revising the rating to 3 star. I would give the vendor another try if I need more tiles than the 2 sets I've bought.
