Stays cold!
Used these for my injectables. The cooler packs (2) retained their coolness for an entire day of travel. (5am-4pm).Very happy and will continue to use. Easilt fits in my purse and TSA had no interest in it.

Nice size and works well
I had to travel to Mexico and take someMedication I started , it works well but the ice packs are nice but my situation they thawed , so if you will be out maybe you will need double the packs not sure if the will fit but all and I I really like this product good quality and it’s pretty

the size easy to carry
the size is great holds my insulin pens I can carry 6 pens. I recommend.

It's OK, but don't expect it to last a full day
I purchased this to take some medication with me on a plane trip. No issues at all taking it through TSA in my carryon. I left home around 6am and by about 3pm the freezer pack was fully melted and I'm not sure my medication stayed as chilled as I was hoping. So overall I probably would not purchase again, but maybe if you only needed something for a few hours, it would be OK.
