I have noticed a definite difference when taking the Kiihtu Good Night Sleep Gummies.The gummies have a nice soft gummy texture and a pleasant berry flavour.But do they work? For me, yes, when I have had a particularly busy day and struggle to switch my thoughts off when trying to sleep, these definitely seem to have made a difference. I have not taken them every night, and sometimes, instead of the recommended 2 gummies, I have taken just one and have still had a good solid night’s sleep.Overall, I am happy with them and would be happy to recommend them.

overall ok but far from tasty. I was sleepy before taking them because of the personal circumstances so not, hope they did have some effect. But the gummies did not make me wake up early and rested.I dont like the taste and the aftertaste. These are not tasty gummies.
