I enjoy it, it helps me focus, but do be warned it will stain your hands with frequent use and it needs to be left in a sealed container. If left in a container it lasts 2~ weeks, outside a container 2~ days. If you keep using it, it will eventually start sticking to your skin and is very difficult to get off. It will instantly stick to rubber. I found using isopropyl rubbing alcohol works to dissolve it.

My physical therapist recommended this putty for regaining flexibility and strength in my hand following wrist surgery. Many of the options I saw were 3oz or 16oz packages (these are too small and too big). This 6oz is perfect. I also purchased the pink ( next stronger) putty. It helps to use this at home a couple of times per day. The yellow is plenty firm for me right now; it's what I use at PT appointments. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and to graduating to the pink putty. I recommended this for anyone looking to gain strength or flexibility in wrist, fingers, or hand.

I had surgery on my hands and I highly recommend this product. It definitely will give the work out you require to get your hands back to feeling strong.

I bought this to use for exercise after I injured my hand. I used this in occupational therapy. When my therapist gave the ok to exercise at home, I bought it. It stores easily, softens as I work with it, & hardens up when I'm done. Would buy again.
