Should have bought a second one
The cord length works for us.. no extra cord to tangle up

Works great! 4 USB slots
All 4 ports work great no issues. Super easy to use just plug into usb-c port. It’s a short cord which works perfect for me. I haven’t noticed any speed issues with my keyboard or mouse or controller. Its build is a hard plastic and the cord feels fairly thick. I’ve been using it for two weeks with no issues.

As advertise, wish the light was configurable and that I could shut it off

Looks, feels, and performs well!
Upon first unboxing this, I felt like it looks and feels nicer than is typical of these types of brand's usb hubs. I have owned quite a few, and most looked and felt lesser quality than this does. Initial testing was good, too. I grabbed a 4k video file taken with my phone and moved it off and on a flash drive that was plugged into this hub that was attached to an actual usb 3.1 port. I wasn't looking for it to be the fastest way to transfer files onto a computer, I was looking for variations in speed and variations in speed compared to any other usb 3.1 port on my computer. While there was a bit more variation in the constant speed, it was negligible (maybe 2 Mbps or so max). the average reported speed compared to the other port was 1 Mbps faster, on average, than no hub. Both are fully within margin of error, so it technically doesn't change the speed by a meaningful amount, nor does it take any more time. The only other thing that I've had trouble with in the past is longevity. Many perform well, at first, then performance slows or stops altogether. I can't speak to that aspect, yet. However, I intend to either edit this review, or delete it and post a new one should it fail in an unreasonable amount of time. A year or two isn't unreasonable, in my opinion, for this price point. I need to mention that I did receive this product for free to test and review, but I do not get paid except to keep the product. My opinions are my own and I am not told what to write by anyone at all. I do recommend this product, assuming it passes my longevity testing.

Increase your capacity from 1 to 4!
First I should state that I am by no means a technology genius and apologize in advance if I’m not using the correct techno jargon. However, I can notice that as electronic devices evolve we are beginning to see a lot more of the USB C type adapters. I believe that we are seeing less of the micro usb types and more of the usb c because of its faster charging abilities and universal input/output capabilities. Even Apple is moving from its lightening charging predecessor in favor of the usb c type adapter. This is what led me to this great usb c hub. I purchased the newest MacBook from Apple and it only has two usb c type output/input ports. Not only is there not enough plugs…everything I own is still needing the usb a type (the most often seen) adapters. So this usb c hub is great to have while we are transitioning to the more efficient usb c type adapters. Also it increases the amount of external devices I can use from just one to four. In theory I should be able to use a wireless mouse, memory drive, external cd, etc. all at the same time using this adapter…or maybe have them at least ready to go. So far it has been great working for me, although the charger seems a little flimsy, I’m not sure if a lot of electronics are actually a necessity…it could just be a light weighted product. This is my first hub so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But one thing I know to be true, is that you should have one of these on hand, ready to go because electronic devices are moving towards usb c ports and we are still using our older “dinosaur” devices. I am please with this find!

Just a great USB port device
I needed an extra USB port for my laptop as I have a lot of work in photography and data storage. Not enough USB ports on my laptop for multiple tasks. This USB port came is extremely handy, and there is no need to sacrifice a USB port for this. It uses a USB-C to plug and it is ready to go.

Works great
My son needed this for his laptop at school. It only has two ports and this has proven to be a problem. This hub has solved that problem and has worked as intended. The ports allow him to connect to other devices and complete all his work before coming home. Would definitely recommend this if you need a few more open

Small light and fast
This hub is everything I hoped it would be. I have few devices that need USB C, so turning my laptop’s USB C port into 4x fast USB 3.0 ports is very helpful. It’s small and light and will travel well with my laptop.A longer cable would be nice. A power adapter for situations when I have a device that needs more power might be nice as well. But I knew what I was getting when I ordered it. This is what I was looking for.
