This item is awesome. Does exactly as said and works well. Does not leak and seals well. However it does take some time and care when heating seal. I used a blow dryer to control heat source. I did not try hot water, but seem like it would work as well

I made home made herbed olive oil in wine bottles as gifts and these were absolutely perfect. Super easy to use. Look great. Definitely recommend. Also, sealed well.
