Only just got the Professional and tried it once and it seems to be very good quality and simple instructions. Plug it in and the timer starts for you and shuts off when your time is up. I'll do it every other day and see what happens. It's very well made and fits very well and comfortable, you'll forget it's there.

I have only used this product for a couple of weeks so far but find it comfortable and convenient to use. I set a repeat alarm on my iPhone to remind me to use it every other evening. It arrived quickly and was so easy to get started. It was comfortable, and was slightly warm on my head.
