Anyone know the approximate expiry date for an item like this? Thanks.

Mine unfortunately expires about 3 months from date of arrival. Total waste and I cannot return it nor write a review for some reason. I know this question is from a while ago, but I'm hoping this will help other potential buyers.

What size is the bottle opening? I want to find a pump lid that is compatible with this bottle, since this seems to no longer come with the pump.

When ordering 2 gals of Cholula(one case of 4 -64oz 2 quart bottles) or more, I always received at least one pump per case. The bottle inside opening measures 1.5 inches, the outer thread measurement is just over 2 inches, about 2 1/16 inches.

Strong jalapeno flavor?

I wouldn't say strong, but rather a good balanced flavor. It is my favorite green sauce. Excellent on eggs and chicken! If in doubt, just buy a small 5oz bottle to try. As I said, it's my favorite, and I only buy the 64oz jugs and put it in a 12oz squeeze bottle.
