Lock is perfect, convenient and very easy to install. Review after 2 years: Within 2 years fingerprint reader stopped working. It heats up with external power source. Manual key stopped working in 4 to 5 days. Customer service is too slow to work on issues as if they don't want to service further.

Easy to use

Good product.

I had high hopes for the Helelt door lock, but it completely failed within 6 months. The locking mechanism has stopped working altogether. There was no installation assistance provided like other brands do, and when I reached out for support, I got no response on sending a technician from the manufacturer. It’s practically a one-time use product. Save your money and go for a trusted, branded lock instead.

Works well, easy fingerprint recognition

We have been using this lock for like 2 months it was operating pretty good but suddenly one day it stopped working for me it couldn’t recognise my fingerprint although it recognised my husband’s fingerprint…I then contacted the customer service which was very easy and was quick to solve the problem next day… From send them video of whats happening to getting help via video call assistance it was super easy and quick… Now it’s working great as having kid in my arms getting into the room with just touch of the fingers is great and efficient.., I don’t have to put in key n then turn it n open the door while placing my kid on the floor… Now i can easily opened it with just one hand and have my kind in my another arm with even carrying a bag… Its really great thank you Helett 🙏🏻💜🥰
