Nice fine texture
Nice fine ground almonds and am very happy with product. So many recipes now use ground almonds that I bought this pack to give them a try. Not on expert on using ground almonds so little for me to compare with however as I say - nice and fine and good flavour and would definitely use again. Nice long June 2017 expiry and delivered by Amazon Pantry which is brilliant so very happy.

Good quality flour that I use to make plant based parmesan and plant based cheese sauce. I just wish they sold it in bigger packs - e.g. 500 grams
