Great quality product and has inbuilt strength betraying the comparatively light weight as compared to traditional shower trays

Good product - abysmal customer service!
Item great and delivered in good time... however customer support is non existent. Tried to contact company through Amazon - no reply 4 times. Tried to contact through web page - told me to contact through Amazon because it was purchased through Amazon and its the same email address - I know confusing and annoying!!!

A lovely shower tray which was specifically purchased due to the outlet being in the centre for easy installation. Being anti slip I am happy that the mother in law will be safe.
