Great purchase.
This computer really helps me with all of my schoolwork and projects I have to complete at work. I feel like the quality and the prices match pretty well. Life is phenomenal. The size is perfect to fit in my purse when I’m on the go. and it is very easy to use. It has fallen a few times and still turns on it is very durable.

So far, so good!
It's a bit small, but works for what we need it to.

Buyer Beware
Even though this is advertised as an HP computer, it IS NOT under warranty by HP. It is filled with non-HP parts. RAM went bad in less than a year. Trying to get it fixed under Amazon warranty channels. What a headache.

My first laptop
I am loving this laptop. The color, the fact that it is not bulky, and it was so easy to get to my online accounts.

Very disappointed
You get what you pay for. Pros are it is easy to set up and very light weight - but it is not like looking at a nice monitor or full size computer screen. At first I thought my contacts were off, maybe bad vision, but once I went back to my IPad and my regular PC - I was shown clearly - it was the screen of the laptop. The quality is not there for what is marketed. It all depends on your expectations. I’m taking the time to write this as I just wasted money. I will by a higher end product as my eyes won’t take the poor quality screen visual. Too unclear and borderline something made for children

Great for college kid
Got this for my college student and so far so good. Works for what she needs it for. Runs smooth. Only downside is that the keyboard does not have a backlight but its okay. Would buy again if needed.

Confused
The colors are faded, the little card the give you has the wrong spelling on it and doesn’t fit on the device or any device. There is no info about the little card online and nobody knows what it is or how to use it. You can take official test on it. Real estate, CompTIA proctored exams.

The product hasn't worked
I received this computer and it is not working properly. It can't set it up for my information. It can't be programmed for my email. The product wants to change my information. When I gave it my information it said I have to change my email address to the one I had over 10 years ago. The computer has reassigned the old email and won't let me change it to my email. I can open as a guest but I can't open the email. I can search the internet, but don't have security, so can't do banking, shopping, and I am not sure if I can be safe when I do anything. I do have an IT person that I met through my internet company, but I can't believe I should have to pay for the product being screwed up. I don't know how they got the information that I haven't had for over 10 years. The first time I touched a computer was in 2021, so we're not able to program this computer. We have only had 4 computers in our life, and they came with instructions telling us how to do the first quick start then we could use the computer to setup what we needed. The only thing that I got was this. ATTACH THE BATTERY CHARGER, NOW PLUG INTO A 120 SURGE PROTECTOR, NOW TURN ON. I can't tell you about the Battery life,Sound Quality or Speed as we haven't gotten that far yet as we have only had it for two weeks. I didn't get the touchscreen. But it's pretty and very light weight.
