I bought this for my daughter…had it sent as a surprise and in the hope it would be a good one. She has to sleep on a sofa bed as she can’t use the stair properly and although I have tried to help by proving bedding, she could never get a comfortable night. However, I had a lovely text from her this morning after the first night using it saying it was the best, snuggliest and warmest night she has had in AGES! I haven’t heard her sound so infused about a good nights sleep in so long and that is thanks to this duvet! What better endorsement could there be to receive that text! She said she had folded it in half length ways and got in between it and it was beautifully comfortable and warm…and all that for £15. ***Update. Although this duvet is warm and thick, I have since been told that the outer fabric actually tears like tissue when trying to manipulate into the duvet cover. Vert thin…such a shame as obviously it won’t last for long when changing the cover regularly. Good for a quick fix for a stay over or something but not long lasting I’d used regularly.

I buy duvets every year and these are good value I like to change them every year. I like to feel new duvets and 10tog are nice and warm.

UPDATED - The seller has now been in contact and processed a refund for this item which I am very grateful for. Unwrapped this on delivery only to find one entire section had absolutely no padding at all. There is no way to move the inner padding to the empty section as each section is sewn shut. Started a return since the product is defective and of no use only to discover £2.79 would be taken from my refund to cover the return of their not fit for purpose duvet. Tried to speak with someone about this but it's all automated through here. Found their actual website and contacted them through that instead. I've messaged and sent photos but no reply. Waited and sent another message several days later. UPDATED several days after the 2nd message the seller has been in touch and fully refunded this items cost.
