I bought this hoping to duplicate the Chromebook experience (screen and keyboard in one case), and I wanted a backlit keyboard. The backlit keyboard on the keyboard case is great, and I like the integration with the Tab P12, which opens in Chrome automatically with a touch on the space bar. What I found lacking is that the tablet is heavy and when I pick up the combination of tablet with the keyboard case, I have to use 2 hands, and take care to balance the display do that it stays in a reading position. Ok, I saved a lot of money compared to what a Chromebook of comparable specs to the Tab P12 + keyboard case, and because there was a lot of uncertainty about the Chromebook Plus cost, availability, etc., I decided to let cost be a major factor in my decisionIn summary, I love my Tab P12 and I like the combination of a tablet with a separate keyboard, but I could have avoided the ackwardness of handling a tablet with an add-on keyboard case by buying a Chromebook. The keyboard case does work with the P12 tablet, and I like it, 4 stars-worth.

Touchpad Keyboard Case for Lenovo Tab P12 12.7 Inch 2023, 7 Colors Backlight Wireless Trackpad Keyboard PU Folio Stand Cover Case with Pen Holder for 12.7” Lenovo Tab P12 2023 (Model: TB370FU) does not live up to its description, it doesn't come close to being compatible to the P12 tablet, Keyboard doesn't fit, the keys feel like toy plastic and very cheap and low value. I couldn't type three sentences without it going out, keys got stuck and it needed a separate power source to charge. In my opinion it didn't function as claimed, so I returned it.

Keyboard works very well but doesn’t last long if not pluggged into power source

The back light color options and intensities are awesome. The keyboard is great since you can remove it from the case if desired or leave it magnetically attached. My only issue with it is that if you are only using the keyboard sporadically then each time you come back to it you have to wait for about 5 seconds for the keyboard to wake up. After 30 seconds (I think) of non-use it goes into a power-saving sleep that you have to wake it up from by touching any key. But that process takes several seconds to wake up and I often find myself typing with nothing showing up.

This kit works well on the tb370fu.I like the touchpad and storage for the stylus pin. It's been a long time coming for this model and I'm glad it was produced.HTH
