The wheel worked well the first time I used it in a classroom setting. Sometime after that I gave the wheel a little spin at home and noticed that the flapper sound was missing. A little investigation and I found the flapper finger on the tabletop broken off. I suspect someone gave it a good spin and broke it. I would like to simply buy a replacement part but so far I have had trouble reaching out to them through Amazon. I'm not dinging the product too much because I don't know what it took to break it but still...
