High quality
High quality. Not flimsy like the previous ones I tried. The dome comes out nice and round, not flat like with the cheap ones. ‘You get what you pay for’ really applies to this product. Sure they’re more expensive but they are great.

Silikomart mold
It’s the silicone molds - great nonstick; however, you do not get two as pictured and it doesn’t come with frame that gives it support (I.e., keeps it from bending).

I made frozen chocolate mousse semi-spheres with this mold and it worked very well - pulling the frozen chocolate mousse semi-spheres from the mold was very easy, cleanup was a breeze (it has sort-of a non-stick sheer glossy coat, which is great).

Ich habe schon seit längerem Muffin- und Financiers-Formen von Silikon-Mart im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden, daher wollte ich auch die Halbkugeln von dieser Firma. Ja, die Silikon-Formen des friulanischen Herstellers (Sitz in Udine) sind etwas teurer - aber nicht ohne Grund arbeiten französische Profis der Patisserie wie Michalak mit den Produkten von Silikon-Mart. Hochwertiges Material und lange Haltbarkeit sprechen für sich. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
