Big enough,very comfortable, nice massage model for the lower back with no noise at all , good quality, very worth it!

I bought this chair for my mom as a gift, and she’s been using it for almost four months now—she loves it! First, the chair is nice and roomy; my mom says she can easily sit cross-legged or stretch out without feeling cramped. The cushioning is soft yet supportive, making it perfect for watching TV or taking a quick nap. So far, she hasn’t tried the massage function yet because she doesn’t feel the need for it, but it’s great to know the option is there for future use.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the package earlier than the expected delivery date. Assembly was relatively straightforward, with just a few major components to deal with. The only slightly tricky part was attaching the back seat – it's important not to tighten it too much initially. The instructions recommend tightening to 60% first to ensure all screws fit properly, before fully tightening them. Apart from that, the rest of the assembly was straightforward and intuitive. The chair itself is quite spacious and offers a 360° swivel, which is a nice feature. However, it's important to be careful with the power cord to avoid tangling. The headrest and tilt degrees are somewhat limited, as is the massage mode, but the kneading massage function offers decent force and can operate in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. What I particularly like about the chair is the feel of the waterproof leathaire material – it adds a touch of luxury to the overall experience. What impress me the most is the customer service. Despite thelunar year , I got my answer quickly. Overall, this chair offers excellent value for the price.

It’s a very durable chair. Love the massage function which let me enjoy the lower back massage any time I want.

Unfortunately, this chair was a gift, and my husband threw away the box it came in. However, it is incredibly uncomfortable—the cushion has no support, and the massager is so recessed that it's nearly impossible to feel. I’ll be tossing this in the donation bin and ordering something else.

It was easy to assemble it. The massage function is nice in a reasonable price.
