Does this collar have solid rivets like pictured or does it have screws?

Mine purchased over years ago has black fasteners that are unique to describe in black, not silver, like a low flat screw head design on top (having a crease in the top head in manufacture) but the bottom half is smooth no protrusion inside collar. Worn frequently but held durably through our years experience. Hope this helps..

Will this fit an rx-090 e-collar? That comes with the educator e-collar? And if so what width should i get to best fit it?

Is this collar better than the other bungee with strings?

Not sure what what better part your looking for. I used this as a replacement for my collar and it’s super solid. Just don’t use the leash around the bungie part like I did. Trainer said you’re not supposed to and that’s why it broke. Doh!
