Glow brightly, nice and clear
I bought these beads as they are uranium glass and I wanted a dish or jar of them in my UV rective glass display. They glow very brightly under 365nm UV and really catch the eye. As far as the beads themselves, they have excellent clarity and uniformity of size. The color, both under normal light and Uv, is excellent. These were a fun addition to my display and one could make nice jewelry from it as well.First pic is just these beads. Second one is these beads on top of some Michael's crafts UG beads.

Excellent
These little beads are exactly as described. They glow brightly under UV and my Radiacode indicates they do contain Uranium.

Slightly Radioactive
I bought these for the purpose of testing geiger counters and spectrometers. I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone make a necklace out of these to hang around their neck, just simply because it's just adding unecessary radioactive dosages to their yearly accumulation. That being said, this is actually a really good and cheap item for using as a weak radioactive sample for testing geiger counters. Please be advised that these beads do not emit 0.5 uSv/hr - the reviews I have seen on here about this are using geiger counters that don't have any energy compensation, so the dosage estimate is being significantly exaggerated. My Better Geiger S2L reported and average of 0.041 uSv/hr and my Radiacode 102 an average of 0.12 uSv/hr. Since both of these devices have scintillators in them, these are much more reliable figures to go by. Relatively harmless stuff, but radioactive nonetheless. So don't hang them around your neck or wherever else on your body - not a smart thing to do.

Nice!
I got these to use with my geiger counter. They did register clicks. They also glow beautifully under my infrared flashlight.

It's Radioactive
It's actually uranium. It worked well for testing my geiger counter and I'll keep it around so that I can always check to make sure the geiger counter works.

Nearly the only u-glass on Amazon.
Beautiful uranium glass, she loves it. Radiation count's 3x higher than background. Still plenty safe to wear, however.

Flouresces nicely under UV
Fluoresces nicely under UV and mildly radioactive at about 3 times the background exposure, reading about 0.5 uSv/h. I wouldn't use these for jewelry.
