The worms seem to like it
I got this for "grit" for vermacomposting". It seems to work and the worms gobble it down. But....in the future I'll just grab some sand.

For my garden and for my compost worms. Some plants really love this. My spinach and kale like and supposedly snails and slugs do not like. If you eat oysters don't throw the shells in the garbage, throw them in the garden.
