Great for Smoothies!! Love the CHOCOLATE 🤩
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Grass-Fed Protein I’ve Tried! I’ve tried several flavors, and chocolate is my favorite. I’ve also tried peanut butter, which I liked too, but chocolate really stands out. I love that this is 100% grass-fed beef protein — clean, simple ingredients (just cocoa powder and a touch of Stevia) with nothing unnecessary added. The protein doesn’t mix well in a shaker, so I always blend it into smoothies or shakes — that’s the best way to enjoy it. It tastes great and really makes me feel good. I can notice a difference in my energy and overall well-being. Such a high-quality company and product — some of the best protein powder I’ve had. Highly recommend!!

Flip My Life Flip 7 Vs Equip Prime Protein powders.
I’ve tried the Flip 7 Chocolate and the Equip Chocolate, Strawberry, and Mint Chocolate as well as collagen powders (Equip in chocolate). I consumed them in tandem (one for breakfast, and the other for PM snack) in June, July and August, and eventually alternated between the two for one-month periods (consuming the same product for breakfast and then PM snack), in September, October to now, mid November. I have never added ice, fruit, or any other ingredients to these powders. I want a quick breakfast drink/meal replacement, and I want to judge them in their simplest form with milk or water. I ordered Equip from the website and Amazon. I order Flip 7 from the website. Here's my opinion: The Pros of consuming Flip 7 for me are these: the mixability. Hands down, much easier to mix than Equip, which tends to (in the chocolate and strawberry I’ve tried) coagulate into a pudding if mixing with a spoon. Flip 7 mixes well enough with a spoon if one doesn’t want to invest in a mixer of some sort. I was pleased that the Flip 7 chocolate tasted good enough in water for me that it became my preference. I felt satiated for many hours. If you don't desire to consume animal protein, this may be the shake for you. Pea protein I’ve tried in the past tended to give me gurgle-gut and problems later. Flip7 never did give me those problems. I was pleased that, once my digestive tract quickly adjusted to Flip 7, it came out nicely at the end of the journey. The largest Flip 7 Con is the cost in comparison to the Equip for a one-month supply, drinking one glass a day. One must buy two bags to make it through the month. The website suggests having two shakes a day if looking to replace two meals, OUCH! @ 4 bags per month. If you can afford it, go for it. A con is that I often experienced about 30 minutes of either an upset stomach, similar to what one can experience with an iron supplement, or a half hour of hunger, similar to what one might experience during a sugar crash, which is tempts one to grab something sugary. I had to learn to power through until the feeling passed. One big Con for me is that the valid discount codes I received via email, which made the purchase very economical, typically didn’t work when ordering from the website. I wrote to CS about it and never heard back. ********************************************** The Pros of Equip Protein: the sourcing. Beef protein makes more sense for me and was smooth passing. I like the simplicity of the ingredients.. More economical compared to Flip 7. The flavor of the chocolate and the strawberry is good. A BIG pro is the flavor of the chocolate mint, and I found it easier to mix than the other two flavors I’ve tried. Compared to Flip 7, Equip is more economical if one wants to have two shakes per day. An Equip Con is the coagulation that occurs when you hand-stir your shake. It becomes a pudding (less so in chocolate mint). I don’t want to purchase a mixer, as it would give me one more thing to clean in the morning. I like Equip well enough to accept having some chocolate pudding at breakfast with my milk. My preference is to mix it with milk. *************************************** Now, to the collagen: Flip 7 collagen is good. It reminds me of Tang. It might be easier to travel with over the Equip. Equip collagen (chocolate) is also good and mixes well enough with a spoon. I would order collagen from either company.

The cleanest protein I’ve found and it actually tastes great
Equip Prime Protein has quickly become my go to. It’s made from grass fed beef protein isolate, not dairy or whey, which makes it super easy on digestion, no bloating, no weird aftertaste. The ingredient list is short and clean, just real food and nothing unnecessary. I use it after training or as a quick meal on busy days, and it mixes smoothly with water, almond milk, or in smoothies. It’s satisfying, easy to digest, and gives me steady energy without any crash. If you care about performance, recovery, and ingredient quality, this is one of the most legit protein powders out there. Equip nailed it with this one.

Excellent quality, but does not mix completely
The product quality is excellent, with clean ingredients and a very good nutritional profile. The taste is pleasant and it feels light on digestion, which is a big plus compared to many protein powders. However, when preparing shakes, it does not mix completely and tends to leave small clumps, even when using a shaker bottle. Using a blender helps, but it would be better if it dissolved more easily. Overall, it is a great product, but the mixing issue prevents it from being perfect.

Top tier
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, but Equip’s Prime Protein in Vanilla has really set itself apart. It’s made with beef isolate instead of whey, which means it’s much easier on my stomach—no bloating, no heaviness, and it digests cleanly after workouts. The vanilla flavor is smooth, not overly sweet, and mixes well with just about anything—water, almond milk, or blended into a smoothie. I especially like that it doesn’t have that chalky texture you find in a lot of protein powders. It’s versatile enough to use post-training or even for baking high-protein snacks. From a performance standpoint, it gives me exactly what I need—high-quality protein that supports muscle recovery, strength, and lean muscle growth without any junk ingredients. I also really value Equip’s transparency in sourcing: clean, grass-fed beef protein with no fillers, gums, or artificial flavors. As a hybrid athlete balancing HYROX, CrossFit, and endurance work, recovery is everything. Equip Prime Protein has become a daily staple for me, and I genuinely notice the difference in how I feel and perform. If you’re looking for a clean, great-tasting protein that’s easy to digest, the vanilla Prime Protein is a no-brainer.

No taste at all! Unflavored
So far so good. I needed to add more protein to my diet, as I am on a new weight loss journey. I made soup last night and I put a big scoop in my bowl and stirred it up. It dissolved fairly quickly and I couldn’t taste a thing. ( bought non flavored)?I was quite impressed. I read the ingredients and the quality is really good, low sugar, and the bag is pretty big. I will be reordering. Maybe I’ll try a diff flavor while I continue on my journey!

Great protein powder
I ordered the unflavored pack so I can enjoy adding my own delicious recipes. It’s so good, so tasty, it need little care while mixing but if you know how to do it it will be easy even if I have little clumps it’s easy to get rid of it by the frother , I tried it with different shakes, with hot cocoa drink, with berries, and with baked cookies . All the time I was happy with the texture and the flavor. My stomach never bothered, the quality is great, it’s my first experience with protein shakes but I think the size is good for the price. It’s thirty servings about two dollars the serve which is convenient compared to the prices nowadays. I already ordered my second pack.

very gelatin-like, the simple flavors are best. better as a smoothie ingredient than it is alone.
Not for me. The "cinnamon roll" has more of a fake maple taste than a cinnamon one, and I realize I don't like the sweetener monkfruit. We have the vanilla version too, which is better as it doesn't have monkfruit in it. Because this is made from collagen, it is better to mix it with milk or put it in a smoothie than it is to just blend in a shaker with water. The texture when just mixed with water is like unset jello, and the color isn't particularly appetizing. It has a gelatin flavor which isn't as noticeable when blended with a banana and some almond milk etc. I do prefer it to the really artificial tasting powders but I will only use it as a smoothie ingredient, not on its own. The good thing about it is that there is nothing weird in the ingredients- clean and natural, very minimal ingredient list.
