I used the oil from when my baby was born to his two-year-old current age. My boy can communicate now, and he told me he still itches. So, I wanted to use something else that stuck easier and was less messy. I tried the lotion, and it worked, they my boy was still itchy. But then I remembered something I was doing for my own eczema flare up. Which was lotion then oil. So, I tried it. And it worked so much better. I felt some hard pebbled unravel the next day as I applied oil and my boy said he felt better. Note. Due to the fact my boy was doing what I asked and not scratch. He was distracted a lot. This caused behavior problems and learning problems due to lack of concentration. This cleared the problem right up as he is now more comfortable. You can probably do this with other items, just keep in mind baby items are designed for baby and toddlers due to their thinner skin.

The 8.5oz pump bottle version of this lotion that was just discontinued gets 5 starts from me; it was odorless (hint of a coconut oil smell) HOWEVER this 6.7oz bottle seems cheap and like it is Lubriderm or something!!! The texture and color of the lotion in the 6.7oz bottle is entirely different from the original 8.5oz pump bottle and although it is fragrance free, the new 6.7oz tube smells slightly of perfume to me! Also the 6.7oz bottle no longer has the labeling that states "Dermatologist tested" "pediatrician created" "made in the usa" etc. All of these factors made me skeptical- did Ever Eden change the original lotion's formula? And why is 6.7 oz of lotion (possibly with a new formula of ingredients) the same price as the 8.5oz pump bottle was? Really disappointed, this was the only lotion that worked for us! But the contents of this 6.7oz bottle seem to be entirely different than the original lotion in the 8.5 oz bottle.

This lotion has lasted 6+ months and is gentle on your skin. I use it for my daughter, and I love it ! It doesn’t have a weird smell and is thick almost like a body butter but not as thick. Gentle on sensitive skin and helps with dry skin.

This product is great to keep babies skin hydrated. We put on after a bath to lock in moisture, and then use a hydrating cream on top. Great overall. Unscented and not oily/does not leave residue. Absorbs very well and quickly.

My daughter really wanted to have a serum to put on her face like I use but I didnt feel comfortable allowing it until I found this brand. Its very clean products for young skin and my daughter loves it! Smell is nice and very good quality product. Will purchase again

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I bought it hoping it would be gentle and safe for my baby’s sensitive skin, but after just one use, my baby developed a red, irritated rash! I followed the instructions exactly and used no other new products, so I know this was the cause. It was heartbreaking to see my baby so uncomfortable. If your child has sensitive skin, I highly recommend staying away from this. No parent should have to deal with the stress of a reaction like this. Very frustrating and definitely not worth the risk!
